I understand that if you slow down the shutter speed, you can capture the trails from the sparkler, but why isn't the biker all blurry? Some of those pictures are very cool!
I was a bit confused by this picture too. As best I can tell, there is a person crouchin on their knees behind the biker. They were the one waving the sparkler. You can see a ghost-like object behind the biker near the ground.
